John Burns Construction Company successfully completed the installation of duct banks, electrical manholes and directional boring in Las Colinas.

• This project was a joint venture with Oncor Electric Delivery and the City of Irving, along with some private funding.
•  Installation of 6,700 linear feet of concrete encased duct bank within the Right of Way of Riverside Blvd. and the South Bound Frontage Road of SH 161.
• Installation of 690 linear feet of horizontal directional boring under Dallas County Utility District levee and 391 linear feet of conventional boring under City of Irving Streets.
• Installation of 13 electrical manholes, 4 switchgear pads and 4 pull boxes along the duct bank.  One of the manholes was a double stack approximately 21 feet deep.
