• JBCC was contracted by Metra to furnish & install a pre-packaged traction power substation at two(2) locations on the Metra Electric Line. Location 1: 95th Street / Chicago State University; Location 2: Riverdale, IL.
• Self-performed scope includes: earthwork, cast-in-place concrete, underground ductbank & manhole installation, installing substation and electrical interconnection, traction power cable installation, commissioning.
• Subcontracted scope includes: earth retention systems, caissons, auger-bored casing pipe, structural steel, fencing, paving, landscape restoration.
