John Burns Construction Company Quality Mission Statement

To ensure our team executes effective quality planning, workmanship, and auditing to build upon John Burns’ reputation of being an industry leader in customer service.

Quality Assurance / Quality Control at John Burns

The quality process at John Burns begins during pre-construction planning. The project team meets with the John Burns Quality Manager to discuss the specifics of the project and determine single points of accountability for ensuing compliance with the John Burns Corporate Quality Program. The Quality Manager performs monthly quality assurance audits of all John Burns projects and communicates the results to the Program Manager and Vice President overseeing each job. Quality Control audits are prioritized at our weekly job meetings to ensure we have our Quality Control personnel at the right place at the right time to maximize their impact. Lastly, at the conclusion of each job a Closeout and Quality Lessons Learned meeting is held with the project team and Quality Department and this learning is shared throughout the company.

Quality Training at John Burns
