The Challenges
- JBCC subcontracted by MJ Electric to assist with ComEd Reconductoring Project in Joliet
- Project called for existing transmission tower legs to be excavated and stabilized by installed concrete footings prior to reconductoring work.
- JBCC preformed all below grade excavation, shoring and concrete foundation installation at the leg of each of three (3) towers.
