Water Delivery Structures – 2 includes but is not limited to, four below-grade, cast-in-place concrete structures; three approximately 27-feet by 21-feet, and one approximately 33-feet by 22-feet. Each delivery structure will be constructed at a separate location and will include yard piping and minor electrical work for sump pump, lighting, ventilation, and tamper switch power. Internal piping, meters, control valves, heaters, and permanent electrical equipment will be installed under a separate contract at a later date. 

Each delivery structure site will include provisions for two future connections—one upstream and one downstream—for future infrastructure owned by the Owner. Site work consisting of construction of site access drives, fence installation, grading and restoration, and all related work necessary to complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.

The Work will be performed at the Overlook Pedestrian At-Grade Crossing on GCRTA’s Waterfront Line near the Settler’s Landing Passenger Station.

The Overlook is located at intersection of Robert Lockwood, Jr. Drive and W. Superior Ave., Cleveland, Ohio.

This project consists of the following:

• Removal of the existing rail crossing, including crossing panels, brick pavers, rail, ties, and undercutting ballast.
• Replacement of rail crossing, brick pavers, rail, ties, and ballast.
• Signal equipment protection, reinstallation, and testing.
• Removal and replacement of ADA ramp.
